1. Custom Commissions & UK Law

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period and right to cancel do not apply to bespoke or clearly personalised goods. As each piece is handcrafted to your unique specifications, all bespoke orders are non-refundable once the 50% deposit has been paid and production has commenced.

  2. Quality & Hallmarking Guarantee

Your investment is protected by the Hallmarking Act 1973. Every bespoke piece is independently tested and hallmarked at a UK Assay Office to guarantee the purity and fineness of the precious metals used. While this adds a small amount of time to the process, it is your legal guarantee of quality. View the Hallmark Guarantee Guide

All our jewellery is produced in accordance with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973. To ensure the purity and authenticity of our precious metals, all pieces over the legal weight threshold are independently tested and hallmarked at a UK Assay Office..

  3. Timelines & Delivery:

Standard Lead Time: Our bespoke design and crafting process typically takes 4–5 weeks from the date of your deposit.

Wedding & Special Event Jewellery: For wedding commissions, we strongly recommend a minimum lead time of 6 weeks to ensure your piece is perfected and hallmarked in time for your big day.

  4. Urgent Enquiries

If you require a piece sooner, please highlight this during our initial design consultation. While we strive to accommodate rush orders, they are subject to workshop availability, material sourcing, and seasonal demand.

  5. Design Ownership

Upon payment of the £250 Design Consultation Fee, you will receive copies of your bespoke designs for your personal records. This fee is non-refundable but will be fully deducted from the final balance of your commissioned piece.
