Wear With Care Guide

Your jewellery is a delicate work of art, meticulously crafted with precious metals and gemstones.”

Apply Products First

Apply all perfumes, hairsprays and lotions before putting on your jewellery to protect the precious metals and stones.

Avoid Chemicals

Do not wear your jewellery while cleaning, swimming or handling harsh chemicals.

Clean Gently

Regularly wipe your pieces with a soft, jewellery-specific, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use professional jewellery-specific cleaning solutions only. If in doubt, please contact us for advice prior to cleaning.

Secure Storage

When not in use, always store your jewellery in its original box or a soft pouch to prevent tarnishing and scratching.

Impact & Exercise

Always remove your jewellery before exercising or undertaking heavy activity. Coming into contact with hard surfaces—such as heavy doors or equipment—can scratch precious metals and potentially dislodge set stones.

Please note that all precious metals will naturally scratch and wear over time. This is considered normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing fault. Rhodium plating on white gold is a surface treatment and will require periodic re-plating depending on the level of wear. Damage caused by accidental impact, exposure to abrasive surfaces or improper storage is not covered under our manufacturing guarantee. We recommend an annual professional inspection to ensure the integrity of all settings.
